On November 4, 2002, a shareholders meeting of PolyMet Resources Inc. was
held. James C. Taylor and Robert J. Rice are no longer with
PolyMet Resources and a change of presidential appointment was also made. Gino
P. Chitaroni was appointed president of Polymet Resources Inc.
